Greg began his career in investment banking in 1993. Prior to joining with Woodside Capital Partners in 2007, Greg was a senior sell-side semiconductor analyst for Alex. Brown and UBS through 2000 and then a portfolio manager/technology analyst for GLM Capital Advisors and Engemann Asset Management on the buy side. In his various investment banking roles, Greg has been involved with many M&A advisory, private placements, initial public offerings, and follow-on offerings.
Prior to entering investment banking, Greg worked in business development and product management for Intel. He was a member of the team responsible for the introduction of the Pentium microprocessor and oversaw product management of the i486 microprocessor. From 1985 to 1988, Greg worked at Digital Equipment as a semiconductor engineer.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
