Woodside Capital Leverages Expertise in the Digital Media, Semiconductor, and Alternative Energy Sectors to Provide M&A and Capital Raising Financial Advisory Services
March 12, 2008, Palo Alto, CA: Woodside Capital Partners LLC is pleased to announce its role as financial advisor in two recently completed transactions.
Woodside Capital Partners acted as financial advisor to FotoNation, in its sale to Tessera Technologies, Inc. The transaction is valued at $29 million in net cash with up to $10 million of additional consideration, contingent upon certain milestones over one year.
Powervation, a digital energy fabless semiconductor company, was advised by Woodside Capital Partners during a Series 'A' funding round that raised $10M in venture capital for the company.
